Challenges |
| The client had a unique demand of placing a
Calendar on the website's home page, so that her
clients were able to view the upcoming events and sign
up for her lectures and teleconferencing, along with
an option of payment, by its side. Also, an option for
downloading of e-books was required, after the payment
was made.
The client required a news blog with the option of
displaying the latest headlines on the home page. And
an Ecommerce catalogue was required to exhibit her
products. The client also wanted an option which would
enable her to upload the content and images on her
own.
An archive of content and articles was required too.
Further more, the client wanted a list of her clients'
e mail addresses, along with their purchase records,
and sending automatic weekly updates to her clients
too. |

Solutions |
|
An Events Calendar was created, through which the client could feed in the events on a particular date, which would then, automatically be online, enabling her customers to view the availability of a particular appointment on a day. Also, we provided an option for automatic downloads of e-books, after a standard payment to Payload, offering an added security feature, that of the expiry of the "download" link, once a download has been made.
A News Blog was integrated into the website, with a coding which would automatically pick up the latest headline and display it on the home page.
An ecommerce catalog with an admin panel was created, with a provision of recording the email addresses and the purchase records of the customers. Also, the website was provided with a CMS solution, to enable the client to upload her articles and products independently, making the site easy to maintain.
An Archive was produced for the articles, and arranged in an alphabetical order, to make the browsing systematic and clutter free. Also, the site was integrated with Getresponse auto responder, which enabled it to send weekly updates to all the clients who had subscribed to it.

Client's Remarks |
Webart has done a fabulous job with my website. It is a complicated task to discern what someone is trying to describe and Webart is patient and professional. Excellent communication skills along with great web skills. I'm a newbie to this and they have helped me get a great start.
